Women of NABA Network

The Women of NABA Network (WONN) is a professional and personal development program focused on our women members. WONN events and professional development sessions strive to equip women with the tools needed to reach their ultimate goals, while navigating the challenges of being a professional woman in today’s world.

WONN NABA Convention Luncheon

Each year at the NABA National Convention, we host an invitation only, exclusive luncheon for the women participating in the WONN Management Session and WONN Executive session at the convention. This event is developed in partnership with our corporate partners.  View images from the 2017 WONN Luncheon at the NABA Convention in New Orleans.

WONN Events

In addition to sessions and programming included in the Annual Convention, WONN events are hosted by select NABA Chapters around the country. To see if there is an upcoming WONN event in your area, check the National Events Calendar for the chapter nearest you.

  2. Stop Asking for Permission
  3. Leverage Skills: Take on Roles You're Not Ready For
  4. Communicate Your Value
  5. Master Negotiation
  6. Women Must Ensure the Success of Other Women
