NABA’s Board of Directors is comprised of professional members elected to serve one of three categories:
- Officer Directors (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer)
- Regional Presidents
- National Directors
A professional member in good standing is eligible to serve on the board. Terms vary by position and members can serve no more than two consecutive terms in the same office. All board positions are voluntary (unpaid).
The Corporate Advisory Board (CAB) is a body that serves guidance, support and strategic advice to the Board of Directors. Unlike the Board, their role is informal and advisory in nature. Members are executives from our corporate sponsors from across the accounting and finance professions, as well as from academia, government and regulatory bodies. All CAB positions are voluntary (unpaid).
