Jesse is a diversity program leader within Amazon Worldwide Consumer with over 20 years of professional and ‘Big 4’ experience where he specialized in providing risk insight and opportunities to automate and streamline internal controls. He has tenure with international corporations including Deloitte, EY, Target, and Walmart.

 

Jesse is a lifetime member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) since chartering a student chapter at his alma mater, Drexel University, in 1994. Jesse holds a dual degree in Management Information Systems and Accounting.  He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).

 

Jesse wholeheartedly embraces NABA’s motto, “Lifting as We Climb”, by actively volunteering and contributing to community outreach initiatives and charities. He was featured in LEAD Magazine (Spring/Summer 2011 edition) for his mentorship and community involvement. LEAD is published out of Drexel’s LeBow College of Business. He serves on several boards, including After-School All-Stars, and has previously held several roles on NABA’s Philadelphia Professional Chapter, including serving as its President from 2012-14 and was initially appointed to the national board of NABA as National Director in 2018
