Diversity and inclusion is one of Crowe's top strategies. "In this moment of self-reflection, we’ve been asking ourselves: Why, given so many years of injustice, have we not spoken out enough in the past? What role should we play in this conversation? And as a firm, how can we do more to stand in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement and our Black personnel, clients and community members to fight against racial injustice?"
