Lauren Burke Silva serves as the Chief Development Officer for the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) where she manages more than 80 corporate partner relationships. Of the corporate partners, many of them are Fortune 500 firms who engage with NABA on diversity and inclusion efforts related to attracting and retaining diverse talent. She joined NABA in January 2013. During her tenure with NABA, Lauren has raised more than $15M for NABA programs, events, and initiatives.
She is a graduate of The George Washington University with an M.A. in Media & Public Affairs and of The University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Strategic Communication.
