The Women of NABA Network (WONN) is a professional and personal development program focused on our female members. WONN events and professional development sessions strive to equip women with the tools needed to reach their ultimate goals, while navigating the challenges of being a professional woman in today’s world.


2016 National Convention WONN Luncheon

Each year at the NABA National Convention, we host an invitation only, exclusive luncheon for the women participating in the WONN Management Session and WONN Executive session at the convention. This event is developed in partnership with our corporate partners.

*For women with 15 or more years of professional experience and at least 5 years of senior management experience
