Kim Wilson is Chief Programs Officer at the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA), where she is responsible for developing new programs, implementing strategies for growing existing programs and strengthening existing and developing new corporate partner relationships.

Prior to this role, Kim served as Vice President of Strategic Program Initiatives for the National Black MBA Association, Inc. (NBMBAA). As a member of the senior executive team for NBMBAA, Kim was responsible for activating the association’s global mission by producing the educational, lifestyle, and professional development programmatic connections while managing an annual budget of over $8 million. Among other accomplishments during her tenure, she oversaw double-digit growth in national annual conference attendance, creation of the entrepreneurial institute, multi-city empowerment tours, redeployment of the Leaders of Tomorrow mentoring program 

In addition to program development expertise, Kim brings more than 15 years of experience in financial and project management, both in corporate America and as an entrepreneur. She has previously held managerial positions with the University of Virginia Alumni Association, Cable & Wireless, WorldCom and T. Rowe Price. She founded KRW Consulting, a firm that focused on non-profit management and fund development. 

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science in Business in Finance from Johns Hopkins University, and is a Certified Program Planner. She is also a member of NABA and NBMBAA, where she led the Washington, DC chapter to Chapter of the Year honors during her term as president.  Kim generously volunteers her time to support education and youth with the NBMBAA Leaders of Tomorrow Youth program, YMCA Black and Latino Achievers, and the Junior League.
