Distinguished Collegian
NABA's highest student honor, the Distinguished Collegian, recognizes NABA students who are making a difference in their chapter and their community. What makes a student a Distinguished Collegian? Distinguished Collegians are the Who's Who of NABA's student membership. They are officers, chairpersons, and outstanding leaders in NABA and other campus organizations; they volunteer at their school and in the community; and they maintain high academic standards at the same time.
Each February, NABA will select a number of students to be highlighted in the Spring issue of NABA's student newsletter, ACHIEVE. This issue is circulated not only to NABA students and professionals, but also to the business community at large. Each year, in addition to a special recognition dinner attended by other students, NABA provided all-expense-paid trips to Distinguished Collegians interested in attending NABA's National Convention.
Distinguished Collegians will be selected based either on their overall accomplishments or their extraordinary achievement in any one area (scholarship, sports, campus leadership, etc.). Students may recommend themselves or a friend by using the Distinguished Collegian Recommendation Form.
All students are welcome to apply. If you have any questions, please contact the National Office. |
