Roberta Y. Wright is a Consultant and Attorney in Washington, DC specializing in the provision of professional development services through the delivery of customized workshops; training and implementation programs; strategic diversity assessments and studies; and highly confidential legal compliance programs. Roberta has served as a diversity trainer, EEO awareness trainer, sexual harassment prevention trainer, executive coach, and conflicts management specialist to government and industry, including but not limited to the following organizations: Architect of the Capitol, General Services Administration, Office of Conciliation for the United States Senate, Voice of America, Otsuka Pharmaceutical Company, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the National Science Foundation, Howard University Law School, Sodexho, the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services and the United States Justice Department, Civil Rights Division. Currently, Roberta serves as a lead trainer for Curtis Lewis and Associates in their contract deliverable to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration/Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity.  Ms. Wright is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Fisk University and the University of Michigan Law School.
