Raphael G. Irving is a native of Los Angeles, California. His early schooling includes graduating from John Burroughs Junior High School and Los Angeles High School where we was voted the “Outstanding Accounting Student” as a High School Senior. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from California State University at Dominguez Hills (Carson, CA). He received his Master of Arts in Theological Study Degree from Faith Evangelical College & Seminary (Tacoma, WA). He is a graduate from the University of Southern California’s “Faith Leaders Institute” a program under the Cecil Murray Center for Community Engagement. He is currently working on his Master of Divinity Degree from Faith Seminary.

Mr. Irving has been practicing Accounting since 1988 and is well known in the Accounting Industry; highlighted by his tenure at the Big 4 accounting firm Ernst & Young, LLP. In 1994, he became the Founder and Owner of RGI Enterprises, known today as RGI Realty & Accounting. He has been working with NABA since 1998 holding various leadership positions.

He has been active in Real Estate since becoming a Licensed California Real Estate Salesperson in 1991. In 1998, he earned his current license as a Licensed California Real Estate Broker. Since 1998, he has been a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.

In 2003 he accepted his calling to preach; becoming an Ordained Minister in 2007. Today he serves as the Chairman of Ministers and the Youth Advisor at Greater New Bethel Baptist Church in Inglewood, California. Rev. Irving has been a member of this church since its inception (Charter Member - 1975).

Today, as a leader in the community, he serves on the Executive Board for the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity’s Compton Chapter (Treasurer) and the Executive Board of Directors for the Watts Healthcare Corporation (Board Vice-Chair).

As a father of 3 children, Raphael Irving is very passionate when it comes to improving the community and helping to make a better environment for our youth to live in. He truly believes that the children are our future and that it is up to us to make sure that they have access to the tools they need to reach their potential and beyond!
