Justin is a Compliance and Risk Management professional with 10 years of experience within the Consumer and Small Business Banking segment of Financial Services. Justin currently serves as the Compliance Risk Assessment and Strategic Planning Leader for GE Capital Retail Bank. His previous roles include Vice President-Business Controls & Monitoring Manager at Bank of America, Operational Risk Manager at Ally Financial and has held various Internal Audit roles at Bank of America and Ceridian Corporation. In addition to his professional career Justin also serves on the Board of Directors for Quality Home Care Services, a healthcare company based in Charlotte, NC and Project One Scholarship Fund also based in Charlotte, NC.
Justin currently serves as NABA’s Southern Region President and will strive to continue to build the accomplishment of the previous 40 years. Justin’s specific area’s of focus will be strengthening the relationships between NABA and it’s external partners, creating new career opportunities for the membership and ensuring that students continue to seek careers in the accounting and finance profession. In addition to serving as the Southern Region President, Justin also Chairs the Resource Development Committee, is a member of the Finance Committee and oversees the Southern Region Student Conference (SRSC). Prior to his current role Justin was Charlotte Chapter President, Chair of the SRSC for two years and Regional Vice President.
Justin earned his Bachelors in Accounting from Saint Louis University.
