Senior Manager, Resource Development
The Sr. Manager of Resource Development collaborates with and supports the Director of Resource Development in the implementation and solicitation of all fundraising activities. S/he must have excellent communication, writing and computer skills. The Sr. Manager combines extensive knowledge of Membership Association’s needs and strategic priorities with the universe of prospects. The Sr. Manager will select funding targets and draft proposals or spearhead collaborative projects to be presented to funders. The Sr. Manager is an active member of the NABA team, sharing information which facilitates its annual giving campaign and all other event fundraising. S/he is responsible for maintaining reporting activity to the Director of Resource Development; acts autonomously in matching funders to projects and researches projects to be funded. The Sr. Manager accepts direct responsibility for meeting established annual cultivation and solicitation goals. Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience with proven results.
